Cooling performance of Freeze Tech
When it reacts with water, the temperature decreases! The printed fabric achieves a cooling sensation of -1.4℃.
Our company conducts various cooling sensation comparison tests using "Freeze Tech," which features a cooling print processing. A sample folded in half is used as the test piece, with a temperature sensor placed in the center of the folded inner side. In an environment of approximately 34°C, about 0.2ml of water is dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor), and the temperature of the wet area is measured for 10 minutes. As a result, it has been demonstrated that there is a cooling performance of -1.4°C compared to untreated fabric. 【Verification Overview】 <Content> ■ A sample folded in half is used as the test piece, with a temperature sensor placed in the center of the inner side. ■ About 0.2ml of water is dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor) in an environment of approximately 34°C. ■ The temperature of the wet area is measured for 10 minutes. <Result> ■ Compared to untreated cooling print fabric, the processed fabric achieves an additional cooling effect of -1.4°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
